When will my order be delivered?
We ship worldwide. Your order will be carefully packaged and delivered to your door. Metal and Canvas prints typically ship within 7–12 days. Acrylic prints require up to 14 days due to our meticulous handcrafted process. You will receive an email after ordering with tracking information and more details about your shipment.
Can I Return my product?
Because all of our prints are custom-produced on demand, we do not accept returns for change of mind. All sales are final unless your item arrives damaged, defective, or is lost in transit. If you experience any of these issues, please contact us at support@stgcollection.com within 30 days of delivery and we will make it right with a free replacement or full refund — at no cost to you.
What can I do if my item (or part of it) is damaged?
If your order arrives damaged or defective, contact us at support@stgcollection.com within 30 days of delivery. Please include your order number and clear photos of the damage. In most cases, a physical return is not required — once damage is verified via photo, we will issue a free replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you.
What happens if my order is lost in transit?
If your order is lost in transit, we will issue a free replacement at no additional cost once the carrier confirms the loss. Claims for lost shipments must be submitted within 30 days of the estimated delivery date. Please contact us at support@stgcollection.com with your order number to start a claim.
Do you offer returns or refunds on custom or personalized art?
All custom commissions and personalized pieces are Final Sale once production has begun. We cannot offer refunds or exchanges for these items unless they arrive damaged or defective, in which case our 30-Day Quality Guarantee applies — contact us at support@stgcollection.com with photos and we will make it right.
