This website is operated by Snapping Turtle Gallery (doing business as STG Collection). Throughout the site, the terms “we”, “us” and “our” refer to Snapping Turtle Gallery. We offer this website, including all information, tools, and services available to you, the user, conditioned upon your acceptance of all terms, conditions, and policies stated here.

By visiting our site or purchasing from us, you engage in our “Service” and agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions (“Terms of Service”, “Terms”), including our Refund Policy and Shipping Policy.

Section 1 - Online Store Terms

Certain products may be available exclusively online through the website. These products have limited quantities and are subject to return or exchange only according to our Refund Policy.

• Color Accuracy: We have made every effort to display the colors and images of our Metal, Acrylic, and Canvas products accurately. We cannot guarantee that your monitor’s display of any color will be 100% accurate.

• Modifications: We reserve the right to limit the sales of our products or Services to any person or geographic region on a case-by-case basis.

Section 3 - Accuracy of Billing & Account Information

We reserve the right to refuse any order you place with us. In the event that we make a change to or cancel an order, we may attempt to notify you by contacting the e-mail or billing address provided at the time the order was made. You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase information for all transactions.

Section 4 - Third-Party Links & Tools

We may provide you with access to third-party tools (such as shipping trackers) which we neither monitor nor have any control over. You acknowledge that we provide access to such tools ”as is” without any warranties of any kind.

Your submission of personal information through the store is governed by our Privacy Policy.

Section 6 - Prohibited Uses
