Shipping & Delivery Policy

At STG Collection, we custom-print every piece of art to order. We ship worldwide using FedEx to ensure your masterpiece arrives safely.

Each order undergoes a meticulous printing and quality-check process before shipping.

Standard Wall Art: 2–4 Business Days.
Acrylic Prints: Due to the specialized curing process, please allow up to 10–14 Business Days.
Order Cut-off Time: 12:00 PM (EST) Monday–Friday.

We ship worldwide. Your exact shipping total will be displayed transparently at checkout.

United States: Flat rate shipping ranging from $15–$20 USD.
International: Shipping rates range from $25–$70 USD depending on destination, size, and weight.
Duties & Taxes: For most FedEx International shipments, we pre-pay duties and taxes where available to ensure a smooth delivery experience.

Once your order passes our final quality check and leaves our studio, the estimated transit times are:

United States (FedEx Ground): 6–10 Business Days.
Worldwide (FedEx Express): 7–12 Business Days.
Total Delivery Estimate: For U.S. customers, most art arrives within 8–14 business days of the order date (excluding Acrylics).

Physical Address Required: FedEx cannot deliver to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses. Please provide a physical street address at checkout.
Tracking: You will receive a tracking number via email as soon as your shipping label is created. Please allow 24 hours for the carrier to update the status.

Please double-check your address at checkout. If you notice an error, contact support@stgcollection.com immediately.

Address Corrections: If an item is returned to us due to an incorrect address, we will issue an invoice for the re-shipping costs.
Cancellations: If you choose to cancel an order due to an address error after it has been printed, a refund will be issued minus the original shipping cost and a 20% restocking fee, as all items are custom-printed to order.
