WHEN WILL MY ORDER BE DELIVERED?

When your order ships, your tracking info is automatically sent to you via the email you provided during checkout. If you have questions about your tracking, simply REACH OUT TO US HERE.

HOW DO I TRACK THE STATUS OF MY ORDER?

Please visit our Order Status Page in your profile to track the status and location of your order.

WHAT IS THE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN 'EXPEDITED PROCESSING' AND '1 DAY PRIORITY PROCESSING'

Expedited Shipping: We push your order to the front of the line for all orders that day! Which means your order will be one of the first to be out. On average this option allows us to get your order out 2 days earlier than normal!

1 Day Priority Processing: We print, process, and ship your order within 24 hours! At this point it is always out of our warehouse facility within 24 hours. Please be advised that this does not mean OVERNIGHT delivery. The shipping is still standard shipping. So, USPS/FEDEX can still take an X number of days to deliver it depending on where you live.

I RECEIVED MY TRACKING DETAILS, BUT IT DOESN'T SHOW ANY MOVEMENT! WHAT SHOULD I DO?

If it has been more than two days since your order has been shipped and movement is not reflected on the shipper's website or it has been more than 48 hours since the last tracking update, please contact us at info@SnappingTurtleGallery.com and we'll do everything we can to resolve the issue for you!

WHAT CARRIER DO YOUR ORDERS SHIP WITH?

All U.S. and International orders are shipped via USPS and FedEx. 

ARE THERE DUTIES FOR INTERNATIONAL ORDERS?

Depending on the country of residence, you may have to pay fees! Please ask us about your specific country so we can confirm for you! 

 

WHY IS THE COLOR OF MY CANVAS PRINT SLIGHTLY DIFFERENT FROM THE WEBSITE?

Please note that due to differences in monitor color settings, the color you see on your computer or mobile device may be slightly different than the print you receive. We print colors that are true to the artist's specifications and cannot alter the original artwork. We can always exchange to a different design for you! Please refer to our Returns and Exchanges Policy!
