Returns & Exchanges Policy
Because our products are printed and produced on demand, we do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind or buyer’s remorse.
However, if your order arrives damaged, defective, or is lost in transit, we will make it right.
Damaged or Defective Orders
If your item arrives damaged or defective, we will replace it at no cost to you.
You do not need to return the damaged item.
Please contact us within 7 days of delivery with:

Lost Shipments
If your order is lost in transit, we will replace it after carrier verification.
Change of Mind
We do not offer refunds or returns for:
- Change of mind
- Ordering the wrong item
- Deciding you no longer want the product
All sales are considered final unless damaged or lost.
Convention Purchases
Items purchased at conventions or live events may only be handled at the event where the item was purchased.
