File Guidelines

• Accepted file types: JPG, PNG, PDF, and TIFF.
• Use the original image or highest-resolution export whenever possible.
• Avoid screenshots and heavily compressed social-media downloads for larger sizes.
• 150 DPI at final size is a practical minimum; 300 DPI is preferred.
• Images with a different aspect ratio than the selected print size may require cropping.

Care & Display

Display canvas wall art indoors and avoid prolonged exposure to excessive moisture, high heat, or harsh direct sunlight. For routine dusting, use a clean, soft, dry cloth.

Our Warranty Promise

Custom canvases are produced specifically from your file and size — so they are final sale for preference changes or customer-supplied file issues. But if your order arrives damaged, is lost in shipping, or contains a production error caused by our process, we will replace it. Period. We personally honor every warranty claim because your trust matters more than any single order.

Artwork Rights

You must own the image or have permission from the rights holder to reproduce it. By submitting a file, you confirm you have the necessary rights to have that image printed.
