File Quality Guide

• Good (Social media downloads): Best for smaller sizes — 8×8, 11×14, 12×12.
• Better (Original smartphone photos): Great for medium to large sizes — 12×18 up to 20×30. Use the original file from your camera roll, not a screenshot.
• Best (High-res digital files, RAWs, exported artwork): Ideal for statement pieces — 24×36 and 30×40. Full detail, zero compression, maximum impact.

Accepted File Formats

JPG, PNG, PDF, and TIFF. Submit the highest-resolution original file available — 150 DPI at final print size is the practical minimum, 300 DPI preferred. You must own the image or hold the rights to reproduce it.

Our Warranty Promise

Custom prints are made specifically from your file, your material, and your size — so they are final sale for preference changes or customer-supplied file issues. But if your order arrives damaged, is lost in shipping, or contains a production error caused by our process, we will replace it. Period. We personally honor every warranty claim because your trust matters more than any single order.
