All custom print orders are final sale. Because every piece is made to order using your supplied artwork, we are unable to accept returns or issue refunds based on print quality if the issue originates from the file you submitted.
The output quality of your print is directly determined by the quality of your input file. A low-resolution, blurry, or heavily compressed image will produce a low-resolution, blurry, or compressed print — and that is not a manufacturing defect. We print exactly what you send us.
We strongly recommend:
- Submitting files at 150 DPI or higher at your chosen print size
- Emailing us your file before ordering if you're unsure — we'll review it for free and let you know if it's print-ready
- Avoiding screenshots, social media downloads, or heavily compressed JPGs — these rarely meet print resolution standards
Refunds and replacements are only issued in the following situations:
- Your order arrives damaged in transit
- Your order is lost in shipping
- We made a production error (wrong size, wrong material, or a defect caused by our process — not your file)
In any of these cases, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos and we will make it right immediately.
