FULFILLMENT

After you place your order, your print goes into production. Since all artwork is handmade it takes approximately 1-3 days for your order to be completed before it is shipped. 

RETURNS & DAMAGES

All of our orders are custom printed, and all prints and original artworks are final sale. However, we will honor a 7-day period following the delivery of the print for any issues within the control of Snapping Turtle Gallery, this includes any product defects or damages while in transit, we will replace the artwork. For factors that we don’t control, we will strive to find a solution. For any issues with your order, contact us within 30 days of delivery. What materials do you use for your wall art?

We use premium-grade materials for every piece:

Are your prints and artwork framed?

By default, our artwork is unframed to allow flexibility in display. However, we offer optional framing on select pieces during checkout. Contact us directly for custom framing options.

What sizes are available?

We offer a range of sizes tailored to each format:

: 12x18, 16x24, and 24x36 inches

Each piece is proportionally scaled to preserve the full detail and balance of the original design.

Do you accept returns or exchanges?

We stand by our craftsmanship. If your item arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 7 days of delivery and we’ll replace it. Custom-made items are final sale, but we’ll always work with you to make it right.

Is this official or licensed artwork?

All artwork is part of our Snapping Turtle Gallery original artist collection. These are exclusive, fan-created designs produced in collaboration with talented independent artists. We do not claim official licensing unless otherwise stated.

Can I hang it right away?

Yes! Our canvas, metal, and acrylic prints arrive ready to hang, complete with built-in mounting hardware.

11x17 prints are shipped flat and sized to fit standard frames for easy display.

Every item is made in the USA, using high-quality materials and expert-level production to ensure a durable, collectible display piece.
