Allow for two separate stages: production and shipping transit. For standard wall art, STG's current policy lists 2–4 business days for production. Acrylic can take up to 10–14 business days. Transit begins after production and varies by destination.

Production and transit estimates

The policy gives a typical US total of 8–14 business days for standard wall art, excluding acrylic. Business days are not calendar days. These estimates are not guaranteed arrival dates; production conditions, carriers, and destination processing can affect delivery.

Ordering for a birthday or event

Work backward from the required delivery date using both stages and allow a buffer. For acrylic, do not use the shorter standard-art total. Contact the store before ordering if the date is essential. Do not assume expedited production or delivery is available unless it is confirmed for your order.

Shipping charges and international orders

Shipping charges depend on the destination and order and are shown at checkout. STG's policy describes prepaid duties and taxes for most FedEx International shipments where available; that is not a universal promise of zero customs fees. Read the destination-specific terms before purchase.

When tracking appears

A shipping label can be created before a carrier's first scan. Check the tracking updates and contact support if an order appears outside the expected production or transit window. Include the order number so the team can identify the shipment.

Frames and other products

A stocked lightbox frame can have different fulfillment terms from made-to-order wall art. Check the specific frame listing and order confirmation. When buying art and a frame together, do not assume they share the same production schedule or arrive in one package.

Damaged, defective, or missing orders

For standard wall art, report damage or defects within 30 days of delivery, with your order details and photos. The policy provides a refund or replacement for qualifying problems. Lost-shipment claims have separate timing and carrier-confirmation requirements. Standard custom-produced art is not returnable merely because you changed your mind.
